Daewoong Pharmaceutical Hyangnam Factory entered implementation of Supplier Relationship Management(SRM) system from Mar.
SRM system is linked with ERP system for optimization of existing internal business in order to make purchase business efficient and build collaboration system between the supplier and the system.
If this system is successfully implemented, the ultimate goal “maximization of customer satisfaction by differentiated purchasing competitiveness” can be achieved. In the first place, purchase process shall be innovated prior to implementation of SRM system. While materials of the best quality are rapidly supplied at proper price to produce drug and provide for consumer, the quality of purchase can be improved through close cooperation with supplier, and mutual developmental relationship can be made through transparent and fair transactions.
Daewoong Pharmaceutical has already established purchase strategy through purchase strategy consulting in the latter of last year and reflected it upon the system, and plans to finish advanced purchase infra in Jul. this year.
